Dear NPSC Families,
There isn’t an easy way to inform you that our Coach Alvaro has been diagnosed with leukemia.
We know that Alvaro is a competitor and can beat this. He is in very good hands at the City of Hope where he will begin treatment. As Coach Alvaro has said, he is “about to play the most important game of my life and win it”.
As you can imagine the medical costs and loss of income will be excessive so we have put together a GoFundMe page. This is one of the many ways we can all support Chaio, Kasandra and Camila.
The family spirit of NPSC is palpable and I know our prayers, well wishes and support will lift Coach Alvaro and his family.
